The 2021 HOLDSWORTH TROPHY will be held at Moorabbin Archery Club on Sunday, the 12th of September. We’ve always been proud to run this event, we’re again very proud to have toxophilites from all around trying to score PB's, taking home a medal or trophy!

This has always been a very popular event for archers of all levels. Come along and enjoy the tournament. A fantastic opportunity for new archers to shoot on the line next to some of the best in the State, possibly the country. Come along and enjoy the atmosphere of real competition.

Adelaide 60m/122cm, 50m/122cm, 40m/80cm, 30m/80cm *(20&Under, Master, Veteran Recurve/Compound)

Adelaide 50M/122cm. 40M/122cm, 30M/80cm, 20M/80cm *(Cadet Recurve/Compound, Open, Master, Veteran BBR/BBC/LB)

Adelaide 40M/122cm, 30M/122cm, 20M/80cm, 10M/80cm *(Intermediate all bow types)

Adelaide 35M/122cm, 30M/122cm, 20M/80cm, 10M/80cm *(Cub all bow types)

 Important information about entries.

  • This competition is divided into Morning and afternoon sessions.
  • Morning session: Two longest distances in each round using a 122cm Target Face.
  • Afternoon session: Two shortest distances in each round using a 80cm Target Face.

 

 

Lunch

Lunch will be available for purchase on the day.

We will have pies, pasties, sausage rolls, hot dogs & dim sims available, as well as the usual soft drinks, sports drinks, water, tea, coffee & snacks,

 

All archers & visitors must abide by current Covid Regulations - these will be updated closer to the date.

Trophies will be awarded to winners & place getters in all  divisions.
Perpetual trophies will be awarded to outright winners in Open Compound/Recurve Senior divisions
TEAMS entries will be accepted on the day. Trophies will be awarded for both Compound & Recurve Teams.
There will be a One Arrow Shoot-off with a winner in both Recurve & Compound.

 

Valid AA Membership Cards are required to be presented at check-in.
Equipment Inspection will be conducted.
Electronic Scoring will be used at this tournament. (On field WIFI will be available)

 

NOTE: As this is a 1200 round, all ranges will be 6 arrow ends.
No high draws will be permitted as per AA rules.
No smoking (including vaping) on club grounds. The designated area is the carpark.

 

Registration Closing Date:

5th September 2021 at midnight or when maximum entries have been reached, whichever comes first.

Afternoon Tea: 4.00pm (approximate)
