Sunday 12th March 2023

Registraion & Equipment Inspection:  9.15am

Practise: 10am

Scoring Starts: 10.30 am

Lunch: 12.30 pm (approximate) We will have hotdogs, dim sims, pre-packaged pies, sausage rolls as well as snacks & drinks available for purchase.

Recommences: 1.30 pm (approximate)

Finishes: 4.00 pm (approximate)

There will be no afternoon tea, however as mentioned above, pre-packaged food, snacks & drinks will be available for purchase

Presentations

Event Close.

Team entries to be submitted on the day. Best Club team may consist of up to 4 archers of any age (mixed Comp or Rec allowed)
Top 3 scores of 4 will be used to calulate Team score.

Junior Adelaide 40M/122cm, 30M/122cm, 20M/80cm, 10M/80cm *(Intermediate U16 all bow types)

Cadet Adelaide 35M/122cm, 30M/122cm, 20M/80cm, 10M/80cm *(Cub U14 all bow types)

Mini Adelaide 25M/122cm, 20M/122cm, 15M/80cm, 10M/80cm *(Joey U12 all bow types)

Special Conditions


This is a one day tournament, prizes allocated on the total score of the single day.

Valid AA Membership is required and should be presented at checkin. (if you have renewed and not received your new card, please inform us at checkin, so that your memebership can be verified.

Equipment inspection will be conducted

A combination of electronic scoring and paper scoring will be used for this event.

Please bring a smart phone with iscored.today bookmarked & be familiar with it's use.

No Smoking or vaping withing club grounds fence line. (Please go to car park)

COVID Statement: (Subject to change)

Please do not attend if you feel unwell or exhibit any symptoms, fever, chills or sweats, cough, , sore throat, shortness of breath, runny nose or loss of sense of smell.

Anybody who has tested positive to COVID, is waiting for a test result or has COVID symptoms is not to attend.

Any confirmed other/social contacts (within the last five days) showing symptoms are not to attend, unless they have negative PCR or RA test result.

Anybody developing COVID symptoms during the day is to advise the organisers and leave to get tested.

Entry to club grounds is now ONLY via the car park off Turner Rd. If you choose to park in the carpark on Chesterville Rd, please walk & follow walkway behind the timber fence to enter Highett Reserve & MAC grounds.

No High Draw Policy will be strictly enforced by Club & Judges.
